研究目的：

本次实验，通过平行随机对照临床试验，系统评估昼夜节律失调对机体的影响以及饮食干预在昼夜节律失调人群中的影响，在医院建立一套通过饮食干预调节肠道菌群来改善节律失调相关内分泌影响的方案，为昼夜节律失调人群的内分泌代谢、免疫炎症水平以及肠道菌群的恢复奠定了基础。  

Objectives of Study：

In this experiment, through parallel randomized controlled trials, the impact of circadian rhythm disorder on the body and the impact of dietary intervention on people with circadian rhythm disorder were systematically evaluated, and a set of endocrine effects related to rhythm disorder was established in the hospital to regulate intestinal flora through dietary intervention, which laid the foundation for endocrine metabolism, immune inflammation level and recovery of intestinal flora in people with circadian rhythm disorder.

纳入标准：

（1）受试者为健康人群； （2）年龄为18-80岁（年龄按照筛选调查日期与出生日期的差值计算）； （3）目前没有参加其他研究项目； （4）签署知情同意书； （5）心理健康、生活能够自理； （6）具有较好的依从性

Inclusion criteria

(1) The subjects are healthy people; (2) Age between 18 and 80 years (age calculated as the difference between the date of screening survey and the date of birth); (3) Currently not participating in other research projects; (4) Signing informed consent; (5) Mental health and self-care; (6) Good compliance

排除标准：

（1）妊娠期以及哺乳期妇女； （2）不能保证充足的时间参与本项目的； （3）患有严重的精神疾患； （4）患有严重器质性疾病如癌症、冠心病、心肌梗塞以及中风等； （5）患有肺结核和艾滋病等传染病； （6）肢体残疾，或其他原因引起的生活不能自理者； （7）急性或慢性炎性疾病或传染病，或正在接受抗生素、益生菌、益生菌或任何其他可能在纳入前3个月影响肠道微生物群的药物治疗的受试者； （8）过去3个月内使用过抗生素，并持续3天或以上； （9）中、重度肾功能损伤（血肌酐＞2mg/dL或177mmol/L），或肝功能异常（ALT>2倍正常值上限）的患者；中、重度慢性阻塞性肺部疾病；重度高血压患者、脑血管意外患者； （10）合并有严重心脑血管、肝、肾及造血系统疾病； （11）酗酒（1周饮酒5次以上，平均每次2两白酒或半斤黄酒或5瓶啤酒以上）； （12）过去3个月内因下列疾病接受药物治疗的：胆囊炎、消化道溃疡、尿路感染、急性肾盂肾炎、膀胱炎、甲亢等甲状腺功能异常； （13）贫血：血红蛋白<10g/dl。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) pregnant and lactating women; (2) It cannot guarantee sufficient time to participate in the project; (3) suffering from serious mental illness; (4) suffering from serious organic diseases such as cancer, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction and stroke; (5) suffering from infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and AIDS; (6) Physical disability, or other reasons caused by the inability to take care of themselves; (7) Subjects with acute or chronic inflammatory diseases or infectious diseases, or who are receiving antibiotics, probiotics, probiotics, or any other medication that may affect the intestinal microbiome during the first 3 months of enrollment; (8) Use of antibiotics in the past 3 months for 3 days or more; (9) Patients with moderate or severe renal impairment (serum creatinine > 2mg/dL or 177mmol/L), or abnormal liver function (ALT>2 times the upper limit of normal); Moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; Patients with severe hypertension and cerebrovascular accidents; (10) complicated with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic diseases; (11) binge drinking (drinking more than 5 times a week, with an average of more than 2 liangjiu or half jin of yellow rice wine or 5 bottles of beer each time); (12) Patients who have received medication in the past 3 months for the following diseases: cholecystitis, digestive tract ulcers, urinary tract infections, acute pyelonephritis, cystitis, hyperthyroidism and other thyroid dysfunction; (13) Anemia: hemoglobin <10g/dl.
