研究目的：

通过超声检查测量糖尿病孕妇与健康孕妇的胎儿胸腺大小，评估孕妇糖尿病与胎儿胸腺发育之间的相关性，以及不同类型糖尿病的胎儿胸腺大小是否存在差异。  

Objectives of Study：

The size of fetal thymus of pregnant women with diabetes and healthy pregnant women was measured by ultrasound to evaluate the correlation between pregnant women with diabetes and fetal thymus development, and whether there was difference in the size of fetal thymus of different types of diabetes.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

组1： （1）孕妇妊娠前根据《中国2型糖尿病防治指南（2020年版）》、《中国1型糖尿病防治指南（2021版）》确诊为糖尿病，或妊娠前正常但妊娠期确诊为妊娠糖； （2）孕妇年龄20-45岁，BMI范围18~35； （3）孕龄18周-40周，胎儿大小与孕周相符，单胎妊娠； （4）自愿签署知情同意书； 组2： （1）妊娠前符合健康人群特征，无基础疾病，且妊娠期无相关妊娠并发症，属于健康孕妇。 （2）孕妇年龄20-45岁，BMI范围18~35； （3）孕龄18周-40周，胎儿大小与孕周相符，单胎妊娠； （4）自愿签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

Group 1: (1) Pregnant women were diagnosed with diabetes before pregnancy according to the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 diabetes in China (2020 Edition) and the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 1 diabetes in China (2021 Edition), or they were normal before pregnancy but were diagnosed with gestational diabetes during pregnancy; (2) Pregnant women aged 20-45, BMI range 18-35; (3) Pregnancy age of 18-40 weeks, fetal size matching gestational age, single pregnancy; (4) Voluntary signing of informed consent form; Group 2: (1) Pregnant women who meet the characteristics of a healthy population before pregnancy, have no underlying diseases, and have no related pregnancy complications during pregnancy are considered healthy pregnant women. (2) Pregnant women aged 20-45, BMI range 18-35; (3) Pregnancy age of 18-40 weeks, fetal size matching gestational age, single pregnancy; (4) Voluntary signing of informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.涉及本研究收集指标的临床病历资料不完整；
2.胎儿胸腺轮廓显示不清晰；
3.产检发现胎儿异常或附属物异常；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The clinical medical record data related to the collected indicators in this study is incomplete;
2.Unclear display of fetal thymus contour;
3.Fetal abnormalities or accessory abnormalities found during prenatal examination;
