Objectives of Study: |
Explore the impact of fatigue on landing cushioning in basketball players: The study will assess how fatigue (no fatigue, moderate fatigue, severe fatigue) affects the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the lower extremity (including the movement patterns of the hip, knee, ankle, and strength and moment) and the surface myoelectric activity of the lower extremity muscles during the landing cushioning phase in basketball players. Through these assessments, the study aims to gain a deeper understanding of how fatigue collectively affects lower limb movement patterns and safety in basketball players. |

纳入标准: |
(1)实验干预前6个月内无手术史或骨科创伤; (2)专项训练或体能训练的经历≥6个月; (3)具备篮球国家二级运动员及以上等级(有训练基础)排除标准 |

Inclusion criteria |
(1) No history of surgery or orthopedic trauma within 6 months before the experimental intervention; (2) Special training or physical training experience ≥6 months; (3) Have the exclusion criteria of national second-level basketball athletes and above (with training basis) |
