探讨休克期内血肌酐水平与特重度烧伤患者生存率之间的关系，并评估血肌酐作为预后指标的准确性和潜在价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between serum creatinine levels during the shock period and survival rate of patients with severe burns, and to evaluate the accuracy and potential value of serum creatinine as a prognostic indicator.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 2014年1月至2023年12月间在陆军军医大学第一附属医院住院的烧伤患者； 2. 年龄≥18岁； 3. 伤后24小时内入院； 4. 烧伤面积>50%；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients hospitalized for burns at the First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University from January 2014 to December 2023;
2.age ≥18 years;
3.admitted within 24 hours after injury;
4.burn area >50%;

排除标准：

1.电击伤患者； 2.化学烧伤患者； 3. 有爆震伤等合并伤者； 4.合并中毒、昏迷等患者； 5. 伤前有高血压、糖尿病、肾脏疾病等基础疾病； 6. 伤后1周内自动出院者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Electric shock victims;
2.chemical burn patients;
3.patients with concurrent injuries such as blast injuries;
4.patients with concurrent poisoning, coma, etc.
5.patients with pre-existing underlying diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, kidney disease;
6.patients who are discharged voluntarily within one week after injury.
