研究目的:

探索降低年轻人动脉硬度的运动+食品处方,为初级预防心血管疾病提供指导。  

Objectives of Study:

Exploring exercise + food prescriptions to reduce arterial stiffness in young adults to provide guidance for primary prevention of cardiovascular disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

纳入标准:

1. 年龄:18-25岁 2. 健康状况:无心血管疾病、无严重过敏史、非吸烟者、无药物依赖 3. 生活习惯:饮食和作息规律 4. 同意参与整个研究过程并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 18-25 years old 2. Health status: no cardiovascular disease, no history of severe allergies, non-smoker, no drug dependence 3. Lifestyle: regular diet and work routine 4. Agree to participate in the entire research process and sign an informed consent form

排除标准:

1. 患有糖尿病、肥胖症、高血压等疾病的参与者 2. 老年人、运动员、儿童

Exclusion criteria:

1. Participants with diseases: diabetes, obesity, hypertensive et al 2. elderly, athlete, child

志愿者由计算机随机分配到 1-10 号,分别对应 30% HRR 组,低剂量组,中剂量组,高剂量组,30%HRR+低剂量组,30%HRR+中剂量组,30%HRR+高剂量组,Control1,30%HRR+中剂量组(12周)和 Control2 组。每组的分配顺序和代码由秘书锁在一个盒子里。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

Volunteers were randomly assigned by the computer to numbers 1-10, corresponding to the 30% HRR group, low-dose group, medium-dose group, high-dose group, 30% HRR+low-dose group, 30% HRR+medium-dose group, 30% HRR+high-dose group, Control1, 30% HRR+medium-dose group (for 12 weeks), and Control2 group, respectively. The order of allocation and codes for each group were locked in a box by the secretary.
