研究基于随机对照试验,结合动态多组学,通过分析不同饮食干预方式对体重以及各项身体生化指标的动态影响,探索饮食干预的健康影响背后的动态生物学机制。  

Objectives of Study:

The study, based on randomized controlled trials and integrated with dynamic multi-omics, aims to explore the dynamic effects of different dietary interventions on weight and various biochemical indicators. By analyzing these effects, the study seeks to uncover the dynamic biological mechanisms underlying the health impacts of dietary interventions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

(1)年龄为18~65岁; (2)BMI为18.5~24.0; (3)自愿签署知情同意书并配合试验分组和实施;

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age between 18 and 65 years. (2) BMI between 18.5 and 24.0. (3) Willing to sign the informed consent form and cooperate with the trial grouping and implementation.

排除标准:

(1)患有高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症等代谢性疾病; (2)患有不可控制的精神疾病; (3)患有严重的基础疾病(如肾衰、心衰、癌症等); (4)正在服用可能影响研究结果的药物(如降压药、降糖药、降脂药等); (5)围绝经期或月经周期不规律; (6)怀孕的女性; (7)目前吸烟; (8)近三个月内体重不稳定(上下波动超过4kg)。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Suffering from metabolic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia; (2) Suffering from uncontrollable mental illnesses; (3) Suffering from severe underlying diseases (e.g., renal failure, heart failure, cancer); (4) Currently taking medications that may affect study results (e.g., antihypertensives, antidiabetics, lipid-lowering drugs); (5) Perimenopausal or with irregular menstrual cycles; (6) Pregnant women; (7) Currently smoking; (8) Experiencing weight instability in the past three months (fluctuations of more than 4kg).

The subjects in this group alternated between "one day of eating and one day of fasting" during the dietary intervention phase. On eating days, they consumed about 125% of their baseline total energy expenditure in three meals (2750 Kcal for men and 2250 Kcal for women). On fasting days, they only consumed around 25% of their baseline total energy expenditure at lunch (450 Kcal for both men and women).

The dietary intervention phase for the group of subjects consisted of five eating days and two consecutive fasting days each week. On eating days, subjects were provided with three nutritionally balanced meals, with a fixed total daily energy intake (2200 Kcal for men and 1800 Kcal for women).
