研究目的：

1.预测促进2型糖尿病合并颅内动脉瘤患者动脉瘤破裂的影响因子； 2.通过实验验证相关因子对促进颅内动脉瘤破裂的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Predicting the factors that influence the promotion of intracranial aneurysm rupture in individuals with type 2 diabetes mellitus. 2.Experimentally validating the role of relevant factors in promoting intracranial aneurysm rupture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于 18 岁且小于 70 周岁，沟通后愿意参加本试验并签署知情同意书； 2.所有入选患者均在出现症状后24小时内行计算机断层扫描血管成像（CTA）、数字减影血管成像技术（DSA）或者磁共振血管成像（MRA）检查明确患者患有颅内动脉瘤； 3.aSAH患者需头颅 CT明确提示蛛网膜下腔出血； 4.患者住院时间或者存活时间在14天以上。 5.无感染、免疫系统疾病和癌症； 6.心、肺、肝、肾功能正常； 7.T2DM患者入选需既往有确诊T2DM病史，空腹血糖>7.0mmol/L或HbA1c>6.5%； 8.所有入组患者需既往无高血压病史，或长期（≥6个月）血压控制于<140/90mmHg间。

Inclusion criteria

1.Eligible patients, aged between 18 and 70 years, who expressed willingness to participate in the trial after proper communication, were enrolled upon signing an informed consent form. 2.Within 24 hours of symptom onset, all enrolled patients underwent either computed tomography angiography (CTA), digital subtraction angiography (DSA), or magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) to confirm the presence of intracranial aneurysms. 3.Patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) must have a cranial CT scan showing clear signs of subarachnoid hemorrhage. 4.The patient's hospitalization or survival duration exceeds 14 days. 5.Patients with no history of infection, immune system disease, or cancer were included. 6.Patients with normal cardiovascular, respiratory, hepatic, and renal functions were included. 7.Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) were included if they had a confirmed previous diagnosis of T2DM and fasting blood glucose levels >7.0 mmol/L or HbA1c >6.5%. 8.All included patients had no prior history of hypertension or long-term (≥6 months) blood pressure consistently controlled below <140/90mmHg.

排除标准：

1.排除外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血、血液性疾病、高血压脑出血破入脑室、烟雾病、颅内肿瘤卒中、假性动脉瘤、动静脉畸形以及其他颅内血管畸形； 2.严重的心、肺、肝、肾功能不全； 3.临床资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage, hematologic disorders, hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with ventricular rupture, smog-related disease, intracranial tumor stroke, pseudoaneurysm, arteriovenous malformation, and other intracranial vascular malformations. 2. Exclude patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency. 3. Exclude patients with incomplete clinical information.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

一方面，我们设计了一份纸质版的的病例报告表，详细记录每一位受试者从纳入研究至随访结束的每一条包括知情同意，基本资料，病史病历，生命体征和体格检查，重要实验室检查，影像学检查等与实验目的相关的各项数据；另一方面，借助于遵义医科大学附属医院信息管理系统电子平台，实现对受试者详细数据的严格管理，完整保存和备份。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

On the one hand, we designed a paper version of the case report form to record in detail every data related to the purpose of the experiment from the enrolment of each subject to the end of the follow-up, including informed consent, basic information, medical history, vital signs and physical examination, important laboratory tests, and imaging tests; on the other hand, with the help of the electronic platform of information management system of the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University. On the other hand, with the help of the electronic platform of information management system of Zunyi Medical University Hospital, we can achieve strict management, complete preservation and backup of the detailed data of the subjects.
