研究目的：

探索加速间歇爆发模式脉冲刺激（aiTBS）治疗慢性意识障碍的有效性，为加速间歇爆发模式脉冲刺激治疗慢性意识障碍提供高质量的支持。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effectiveness of Accelerated Intermittent Theta Burst Stimulation (aiTBS) in the treatment of the prolonged consciousness disorders, to provide high-quality support for the use of aiTBS in accelerating the treatment of the prolonged consciousness disorders.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄≥18岁； 2、生命体征稳定； 3、慢性意识障碍患者：VS、MCS；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥ 18 years. 2.Stable vital signs. 3.Patients with chronic consciousness disorders: Vegetative State (VS) or Minimally Conscious State (MCS).

排除标准：

1、妊娠 2、颅内压升高 3、活动性脑出血 4、治疗靶区颅骨缺损 5、癫痫病史或脑电图癫痫样活动 6、植入起搏器、深部脑刺激器、动脉瘤夹或冠状动脉支架

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnancy. 2.Increased intracranial pressure. 3.Active cerebral hemorrhage. 4.Cranial bone defects in the treatment target area. 5.History of epilepsy or epileptiform activity on electroencephalogram (EEG). 6. Implantation of pacemakers, deep brain stimulators, aneurysm clips, or coronary artery stents.

由中心分组人员采用统计软件SPSS 26中的“随机数字生成器”语句生成随机分配序列，将符合标准的患者按纳入顺序编号随机分为aiTBS治疗组和对照组。

Center personnel used the 'Random Number Generator' statement in statistical software SPSS 26 to generate a random allocation sequence. Eligible patients were assigned sequential numbers based on their inclusion order and were randomly allocated into the trail group and the control group.
