Objectives of Study：

Validation of the effectiveness of an intervention programme developed by the group to support Internet use among older adults in nursing homes on older adults' social isolation, social support, and ability to use the Internet.

纳入标准：

1.年龄 ≥ 60岁； 2.无交流障碍； 3.入住养老机构 ≥ 1个月； 4.拥有智能手机。

Inclusion criteria

1. ≥ 60 years old; 2. No communication barriers; 3. Stay in the nursing home for ≥ 1 month; 4. Own a smartphone

排除标准：

1.认知障碍（简易心智状态问卷调查表SPMSQ ≥ 3分），或者回答问题时明显存在困难或错误； 2.有严重的视力与听力障碍； 3.处于活动期的内科疾病，如脑血管疾病等； 4.严重精神疾病，如精神分裂症、妄想、双相情感障碍等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cognitive impairment (the Simple Mental State Questionnaire ≥ 3 points), or obvious difficulty or error in answering questions; 2. Have severe visual and hearing impairment; 3. Active medical diseases, such as cerebrovascular diseases; 4. Serious mental illness, such as schizophrenia, delusions, bipolar disorder, etc.

干预组在常规机构照护的基础上接受课题组前期构建的养老机构老年人网络支持干预方案。采用团体结合个体的形式干预，拟干预12周，干预频率每周1次，1~5周以团体线下培训为主，6~8周以个体线上互动为主，9~12周以巩固拓展练习为主。全部干预结束后，干预者协助老人完善属于自己的“智能手机使用手册”。

The intervention group receives the preconstructed network support intervention programme for older people in nursing homes on the basis of conventional institutional care. The group and individual interventions will be used for 12 weeks, with the frequency of intervention being once a week, with group offline training as the main focus for weeks 1-5, individual online interaction as the main focus for weeks 6-8, and consolidation and expansion exercises as the main focus for weeks 9-12. At the end of the intervention, the interventionist will help the participants to improve their own "Smartphone User Manual".

事先由不参与本研究的课题组其他成员利用Excel 2013生成随机数字，进行随机分组。首先对96位研究对象依次编序号01、02、03……96，通过 Excel软件中的RAND函数为每位研究对象依次生成对应的随机数。将随机数字由大到小进行排序，按照1:1的比例分为 2 组，每组各48例。规定随机数字大小为前1/2的进入干预组，后1/2的进入对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Before the study, other members of the research team not involved in this project generated random numbers using Excel 2013 for random grouping. The 96 study participants will be sequentially assigned numbers from 01 to 96. Using the RAND function in Excel software, a random number will be generated for each participant. These random numbers are then sorted from highest to lowest. Following a 1:1 ratio, the participants will be divided into two groups of 48 each. Participants with random numbers in the top half are allocated to the intervention group, while those in the bottom half are allocated to the control group.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究将在干预前、干预后立即、干预后一个月、干预后三个月进行4次数据采集。每次调研均由调研团队中的2~4名成员共同完成资料收集，采用面对面访谈法协助老年人填答调查问卷。数据管理由课题负责人将问卷放置于保险箱中统一进行保管，研究者承诺数据仅用于研究分析，不做其他任何途径。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study will conduct 4 data collections before the intervention, immediately after the intervention, one month after the intervention, and three months after the intervention. Each survey will be conducted by 2-4 members of the research team who will assist elderly individuals in filling out the survey questionnaire through face-to-face interviews. The data will be managed by the project leader and stored securely in a safe, with a commitment that the data will only be used for research analysis and not for any other purposes.
