探讨布地奈德混悬液联合肺表面活性物质对于极地出生体重儿肺部发育的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of budesonide suspension combined with pulmonary surfactant on lung development in polar birth weight infants

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）生后4h内发生严重的NRDS 需机械通气治疗者；（2）初始需求吸入氧浓度≥ 40%。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with severe NRDS requiring mechanical ventilation within 4h after birth; (2) The initial demand for inhaled oxygen concentration ≥ 40%.

排除标准：

（1）出生后窒息，伴或不伴脏器损伤；（2）合并外科疾病或先天性心脏病；（3）有先天遗传代谢病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Postnatal asphyxia, with or without organ injury; (2) Combined with surgical disease or congenital heart disease; (3) Congenital genetic metabolic disease.
