研究目的：

（1）主要目的： 探究肝中静脉引导下的肝实质优先入路对比传统Glisson蒂入路行腹腔镜右半肝切除手术时间的差异。 （2）次要目的：探究肝中静脉引导下的肝实质优先入路对比传统Glisson蒂入路行腹腔镜右半肝切除术中出血量、术后短期并发症、教科书式结局及5年总体生存期及5年无进展生存期的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Main objective: To investigate the difference in operative time between the middle hepatic vein guided parenchymal transection-first approach and the traditional Glisson pedicle approach for laparoscopic right hemihepatectomy. (2) Secondary objective: To investigate the differences in blood loss, postoperative short-term complications, textbook outcome, 5-year overall survival and 5-year progression-free survival between the middle hepatic vena-guided parenchymal transection-first approach and the traditional Glisson pedicle approach during laparoscopic right hemihepatectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）2017年1月至2022年12月期间于陆军军医大学第二附属医院肝胆外科科接受腹腔镜右半肝切除术；（2）术后病理证实为肝细胞癌；（3）无邻近脏器侵犯及远处转移；（4）术前未合并其他系统肿瘤。

Inclusion criteria

(1) From January 2017 to December 2022, he received laparoscopic right hemihepatectomy in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Military Medical University; (2) Hepatocellular carcinoma was confirmed by postoperative pathology; (3) No adjacent organ invasion and distant metastasis; (4) No tumors of other systems were present before surgery.

排除标准：

(1)复发性HCC的重复肝切除术；(2)肝切除术中合并其他手术；(3)术前接受了其他抗肿瘤治疗；(4)临床资料缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Repeated hepatectomy for recurrent HCC; (2) hepatectomy combined with other operations; (3) Received other antitumor therapy before surgery; (4) Lack of clinical data.
