研究目的：

探讨暴露于污染羊水(MSAF)的新生儿急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的危险因素并建立预测列线图。  

Objectives of Study：

To delineate risk factors and develop a predictive nomogram for acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) in neonates exposed to meconium-stained amniotic fluid (MSAF).

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. ARDS组 ①　2019年01月01日—2024年01月01日入住我科NICU患病新生儿； ②　产时羊水污染； ③　符合“蒙特勒标准”； 2. 非ARDS组 ①　2019年01月01日—2024年01月01日入住我科NICU患病新生儿； ②　产时羊水污染； ③　未达到“蒙特勒标准”诊断要求；

Inclusion criteria

1. ARDS group ①　Sick neonates admitted to our NICU from 01/01/2019 - 01/01/2024; ②　Amniotic fluid contamination during labor; ③　Compliance with "Montreux definition"; 2. non-ARDS group ①　Sick neonates admitted to our NICU from 01/01/2019 - 01/01/2024; ②　Amniotic fluid contamination during labor; ③　Failure to meet the diagnostic requirements of the "Montreux Definition";

排除标准：

①　产时羊水污染； ②　确诊为其他疾病（TTN、RDS）； ③　外科或发育异常原因所导致的呼吸窘迫，如：气胸、膈疝、先天性肺畸形等。

Exclusion criteria：

① Amniotic fluid contamination during labor; ② Diagnosed with other diseases(TTNRDS); ③ Respiratory distress due to surgical or developmental abnormalities, e.g., pneumothorax, diaphragmatic hernia, congenital lung malformations, etc.
