为腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎（PDAP）的临床特征及判断预后提供理论依据  

Objectives of Study：

To provide theoretical basis for clinical characteristics and prognosis of peritoneal dialysis-associated peritonitis (PDAP)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.纳入标准：1.PD患者发生腹膜透析腹膜炎；按照2016年国际腹膜透析协会（ISPD）规定PDAP的诊断标准：（满足以下3项中至少2项）：①有腹膜炎的症状和体征，尤其是腹痛、发热、透出液混浊；②透出液常规显示白细胞＞100×10*6/L，且中性分叶核粒细胞＞50%（留腹时间≥2h）；③腹透液中培养出致病菌。2.签署知情同意书。3.年龄≥18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1.Inclusion criteria: 1.PD patients developed peritoneal dialysis peritonitis;
2.According to the International Association for Peritoneal Dialysis (ISPD) in 2016, the diagnostic criteria for PDAP are as follows: (1) There are signs and symptoms of peritonitis, especially abdominal pain, fever, and cloudy fluid;
3.(2) The routine results of exhaled fluid showed white blood cells > 100×10*6/L, and neutrophils > 50% (retention time ≥2h);
4.③ Pathogenic bacteria were cultured in abdominal permeate solution. 2. Sign the informed consent form. 3. Age ≥18 years old.

排除标准：

1.①年龄＜18岁，②临床资料不完整，③不愿参加临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1.① < 18 years old, ② incomplete clinical data, ③ unwilling to participate in clinical trials.
