研究目的：

阐明创伤性脑损伤患者去骨瓣减压术后影响血肿扩展和再出血的预测因素，并基于快速获取的临床数据和影像学特征，使用 机器学习算法构建预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to elucidate the predictors of hematoma expansion and rebleeding following DC in patients with TBI. Additionally, we constructed a prediction model based on ML algorithms using rapidly acquired clinical data and radiological features.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1）年龄大于 18 岁；（2）入院后需要紧急 DC 手术。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age≥18 years; (2) Emergency decompressive craniectomy (DC) required after admission.

排除标准：

(1）因缺氧或低血压引起的弥漫性脑肿胀；（2）凝血功能明显异常；（3）生命体征不稳无法耐受手术；（4）合并其他部位严重损伤或存在严重基础疾病；（5）术区再出血；（5）临床资料不全。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Diffuse brain swelling caused by hypoxia or hypotension; (2) Significant coagulopathy; (3) Unstable vital signs rendering the patient unable to tolerate surgery; (4) Severe concomitant injuries in other locations or presence of serious underlying diseases; (5) Rebleeding at the surgical site; (6) Incomplete clinical data.
