研究目的：

探索点、线状超厚皮移植联合增加创面张力在关节屈侧深度烧伤创面治疗的临床疗效，建立累及关节区域的小面积深度烧伤早期预防挛缩治疗的新治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the clinical efficacy of using punctate and linear ultra-full-thickness skin grafts combination with increase wound tension for repairing deep burns on the flexor side of joints, and establishing a new treatment plan for early prevention of contractures in small-area deep burns involving the joint region.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

12≦年龄≦60 岁，性别不限；
1.符合热力伤，临床诊断为累及颈部、肘关节、腹股沟区、腋窝、膝关节的深二度或三度烧伤；
2.需要手术植皮修复；
3.签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

12 ≦ age ≦ 60 years, with no gender restrictions.
1.The diagnosis based on clinical evaluation indicated deep second or third-degree burns involving the neck, elbow joints, inguinal area, axilla, and knee joints, consistent with thermal injuries.
2.Surgical skin grafting for repair is required.
3.All subjects or legally authorized representatives.

排除标准：

1.年龄<12 岁或>60岁；
2.拒绝签署知情同意书；
3.签署知情同意书后又不愿意再继续进行本试验者；
4.妊娠、哺乳期患者；
5.严重的心、肺、肝肾功能不全患者；
6.因各种原因不能完成治疗的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.age<12years or age>60 years;
2.All subjects or legally were not authorized representatives.
3.Withdrawal from the study midway;
4.Pregnant Or Lactating Women;
5.symptomatic congestive heart failure,unstable angina pectoris,renal insufficiency,pulmonary dysfunction;
6.Patients who are unable to complete treatment for various reasons:;
