研究目的：

本研究拟利用人工智能提取多模态多时序超声图像特征，构建RA早期诊断、疾病活动度、疗效预测和预后评估模型，为RA提供新的生物标记物，从而为临床医生采取及时有效的个体化治疗及随访管理提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we propose to use artificial intelligence to extract multimodal and multitemporal ultrasound image features to construct a model for early diagnosis, disease activity, efficacy prediction, and prognosis assessment of RA, which will provide new biomarkers for RA, and thus provide a basis for clinicians to take timely and effective individualized treatment and follow-up management.

纳入标准：

1．根据2010年美国风湿病学会/欧洲风湿病联盟（ACR/EULAR）分类标准，患者被诊断为RA 2．年龄18-80岁 3．超声图像质量好 4．所评估关节至少有一个关节滑膜增厚 5．临床相关资料完整者

Inclusion criteria

1. Patient is diagnosed with RA according to the 2010 American College of Rheumatology/European Union of Rheumatology (ACR/EULAR) classification criteria 2. Age 18-80 years 3. Good quality ultrasound images 4. Synovial thickening in at least one of the evaluated joints. 5. Complete clinical data

排除标准：

1．超声图像质量差，无法提取特征 2．所评估关节均未见增厚滑膜 3．相关临床资料不完整患者 4．前12个月内有关节手术史 5．合并其他风湿免疫性疾病 6．糖尿病 7．不适合超声检查的严重关节畸形 8．怀孕 9．拒绝参与

Exclusion criteria：

1. Poor quality of the ultrasound images, unable to extract features 2. No thickened synovium was seen in any of the joints evaluated. 3. Patients with incomplete clinical data 4. History of joint surgery within the previous 12 months 5.Combination of other rheumatologic and immunologic diseases 6.Diabetes mellitus 7. Severe joint deformity not suitable for ultrasonography 8. Pregnancy 9. Refusal to participate
