更全面地评估老年骨科患者围术期心功能及其变化，并指导其围术期的容量管理  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate perioperative cardiac function and its changes in elderly orthopaedic patients, and to guide perioperative volume management

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）ASA 分级Ⅱ-Ⅲ级； 2）年龄≧65 岁； 3）急诊入院评估后收入老年骨科病房的髋部骨折患者； 4）已签署手术和麻醉知情同意书的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1) ASA Ⅱ-Ⅲ; 2) Age≧65 ; 3) Hip fracture patients admitted to the geriatric orthopedic ward after emergency admission assessment; 4) Patients who have signed informed consent for surgery and anaesthesia.

排除标准：

1）患者本人或法定代理人不同意参加研究的患者； 2）陈旧髋部骨折患者； 3）肾功能不全患者； 4）房颤、急性冠脉综合征、严重心包积液等患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients who do not agree to participate in the study by themselves or their legal representatives; 2) Patient with old hip fracture; 3) Patients with renal insufficiency; 4) Patients with atrial fibrillation, acute coronary syndrome, severe pericardial effusion, etc.
