探索硬脊膜穿破硬膜外技术（DPE）分娩镇痛下不同浓度罗哌卡因首剂量的ED90。  

Objectives of Study：

Determination the ED90s of different concentrations of initial ropivacaine dose for labor analgesia with dural puncture epidural (DPE)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18-40岁单胎足月妊娠（包括初产和经产妇）拟椎管内镇痛下行分娩镇痛者；②宫颈扩张＜5cm；VAS评分＞5分；③ASA分级I-II级

Inclusion criteria

Women aged 18-40 with a single term pregnancy who request epidural labor analgesia should have a cervical dilation of < 5 cm, a visual analogue scale (VAS) score > 5, and an American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-II.

排除标准：

①椎管内镇痛禁忌者；②高血压者（包括慢性高血压；妊娠期高血压及子痫前期）；③妊娠期糖尿病；④巨大儿；⑤体重指数；⑥BMI≥40kg/m2；⑦胎儿窘迫；⑧采用其它方式镇痛者；⑨罗哌卡因或舒芬太尼禁忌者

Exclusion criteria：

Intraspinal analgesia is contraindicated; Hypertension (including chronic hypertension, hypertension, and preeclampsia during pregnancy), gestational diabetes mellitus, giant fetus, BMI >=40kg/m^2, fetal distress, or patients who use other methods of analgesia are all contraindications for this procedure. Additionally, the use of ropivacaine or sufentanil is also contraindicated.
