观察维生素C对止血带高血压的影响研究  

Objectives of Study：

A study to observe the effect of vitamin C on tourniquet hypertension

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

全麻下肢骨折手术且术中使用止血带的患者，年龄18～65岁，ASA I～II级，完善心电图、各类生化检查。

Inclusion criteria

Patients undergoing general anesthesia for lower extremity fracture surgery with intraoperative tourniquet, age 18-65 years, ASA class I-II, complete electrocardiogram, various biochemical tests

排除标准：

术前合并肾病、高血压、糖尿病、心脏病、肺部疾病等合并症患者，止血带时间＞90 min或＜60 min，手术时间＞4 h。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with preoperative comorbidities such as renal disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, heart disease, lung disease, etc., tourniquet time >90 min or <60 min, and operation time >4 h
