研究目的：

21 世纪以来，我国老龄化及老年健康问题日益突出，而且，老年人的总体健康状况也不理想。若不早期干预，我国日后的老龄健康问题和医疗负荷等将不容乐观。所以，增强老年人体质，延缓其发病进程和改善其患病症状是促进老年人健康和实现“健康中国”战略的关键。 体医融合是实现老年人健康的必要手段。申请者通过阅读众多国内外体医融合案例发现我国体医融合仍处在积极探索阶段，在模式构建上还没有统一标准，另外，我国目前运动处方的理论依据与实践方法多采用以欧美人群基础数据为依据编写的国外教材，这严重影响了我国国民应用的精准性和有效性。因此，现在亟需构建一个适合我国老年人体质的基于智能推荐系统的体医融合模式，来提高国民健康水平，帮助健康端口前移。  

Objectives of Study：

Since the 21st century, the problem of aging and elderly health in China has become increasingly prominent, and the overall health status of the elderly is not ideal. Without early intervention, the health problems of aging and medical burden in China will be not optimistic in the future. Therefore, strengthening the physical fitness of the elderly, delaying the onset process and improving the symptoms of the disease are the key to promoting the health of the elderly and realizing the strategy of "Healthy China". Physical and medical integration is a necessary means to achieve the health of the elderly. Through reading many cases of physical medicine integration at home and abroad, the applicants found that the physical medicine integration in China is still in the active exploration stage, and there is no unified standard on the model construction. In addition, the theoretical basis and practical methods of exercise prescription in China mostly adopt foreign textbooks based on the basic data of European and American populations, which seriously affects the accuracy and effectiveness of Chinese national application. Therefore, it is urgent to build a physical-medical integration model based on intelligent recommendation system suitable for the elderly in China to improve the national health level and help the health port move forward.
