研究目的：

通过设计和实施类实验性的干预措施，探索和评估这些措施对提升中青年高血压患者身体素养的有效性，以及对血压控制和其他健康相关指标的改善作用，旨在为优化高血压患者的健康管理策略提供实证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through designing and implementing experimental intervention measures, exploring and evaluating the effectiveness of these measures on improving physical literacy, blood pressure control and other health-related indicators in young and middle-aged hypertensive patients, the aim is to provide empirical evidence for optimizing health management strategies for hypertensive patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄为 18～59 周岁； （2）符合《国家基层高血压防治管理指南 2020 版》中高血压的诊断标准：收缩压(SBP)≥ 140 mmHg 和（或）舒张压(DBP)≥ 90 mmHg （3）意识清楚,沟通无障碍； （4）自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) aged 18~59 years; (2) meeting the diagnostic criteria for hypertension in the National Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Primary Hypertension (Edition 2020): systolic blood pressure (SBP)≥ 140 mmHg and (or) diastolic blood pressure (DBP)≥ 90 mmHg; (3) clear consciousness and communication barrier; (4) voluntary participation in this study and signing of informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）患有严重心脑血管疾病者； （2）存在认知、沟通障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (2) Patients with cognitive and communication disorders.
