研究目的：

胃肠道疾病是全球关注的健康问题，发病率不断上升，经济负担沉重。这些疾病包括器质性胃肠道疾病和功能性胃肠病，后者受到社会心理因素的影响。在有限的时间范围内区分两者具有一定的困难。功能性胃肠病主要根据罗马IV标准进行诊断。而有限的医疗资源导致诊断的效率低下和成本高昂。近年来，多模式人工智能（AI）的出现通过整合和解释不同的数据源，在彻底改变疾病诊断方面显示出了巨大的前景。因此，为了解决上述问题，该研究旨在利用多模式人工智能建立诊断模型，用于患者和医生之间的对话。这种方法旨在建立一个高效的分析系统，提高鉴别诊断的准确率，加强胃肠道疾病的诊断，最终为临床医生开发一个智能助手。  

Objectives of Study：

Gastrointestinal diseases are in global health concern, with increasing incidence and significant economic burden. These diseases encompass organic gastrointestinal diseases and functional gastrointestinal disorders (FGIDs), the latter being influenced by psychosocial factors. It can be challenging to distinguish between the two within a limited time frame. FGIDs are primarily diagnosed according to the Rome IV criteria. The limited medical resources lead to inefficiencies and high costs. In recent years, the advent of multimodal Artificial Intelligence (AI) has shown great promise in revolutionizing disease diagnosis by integrating and interpreting diverse data sources. Therefore, to address the aforementioned issues, the study aims to leverage multimodal AI to create pre-trained models for diagnostic conversations between patients and doctors. This approach seeks to build an efficient inquiry analysis system, improve disease classification, and enhance the diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases, ultimately developing an intelligent assistant for clinical doctors.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-80岁； （2）明确诊断消化系统功能性或器质性疾病，器质性疾病如消化性溃疡、胰腺炎、消化系统肿瘤等，功能性疾病如功能性消化不良、肠易激综合征、功能性便秘等； （3）同意访谈过程的录音要求，积极配合，诚实地陈述他们的主要困扰，积极回答临床医生的询问，并成功完成整个访谈过程； （4）能够签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-80 years. 2. Should be definitively diagnosed as organic or functional gastrointestinal diseases. 3. Consent to the recording requirements of the interview process, actively cooperate, honestly present their main concerns, respond to the clinician's inquiries, and successfully complete the entire interview process. 4. Able to sign and furnish the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）年龄小于18岁，或大于80岁； （2）合并器质性和功能性胃肠道疾病； （3）初步诊断不涉及胃肠道疾病； （4）言语表达不清，不能准确描述症状； （5）不同意访谈和录音。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age under 18 years old or over 80 years old. 2. With comorbid organic and functional gastrointestinal diseases. 3. Primary diagnosis does not involve gastrointestinal diseases. 4. Unable to provide an accurate description of their symptoms, such as those who can only respond with "yes" or "no" based on the clinician's questions. 5. Decline to participate in the interview or have it recorded.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采集医患问诊语音，原始语音数据将一式三份存储：一份存储在物理媒体上，另一份由数据分析师保存，第三份上传到云端。数据整理和分析将由授权研究人员进行，他们对所有数据有全面的了解，并能够将患者的疾病诊断与语音数据相关联。所有与数据分析和处理相关的程序都将被仔细记录下来。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Collect medical consultation voice data, and store the original voice data in triplicate: one copy is stored on physical media, the other is saved by data analysts, and the third copy is uploaded to the cloud. The data organization and analysis will be carried out by authorized researchers who have a comprehensive understanding of all data and are able to associate patient disease diagnosis with voice data. All programs related to data analysis and processing will be carefully recorded.
