研究目的：

通过真实世界研究，观察联合甘草养阴汤（GCNY）的中西医结合治疗方案对老年类风湿性关节炎（ERA）研究参与者达标治疗影响；观察方案对ERA研究参与者激素、止痛药、改善病情的抗风湿药物（DMARDs）用量及副作用，尤其是感染风险、动脉粥样硬化的防治作用。  

Objectives of Study：

A real-world study to observe the impact of a combined Chinese and Western medicine regimen combined with Glycyrrhiza glabra nourishing yin soup (GCNY) on the attainment of treatment in elderly rheumatoid arthritis (ERA) study participants; and to observe the regimen's impact on the dosage of hormones, pain relievers, and disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs) and their side-effects, in particular on the risk of infections, and the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis, in the ERA study participants.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

GCNY干预方案：甘草12g，人参9g，干姜6g，蒲公英6g，罗汉果12g（0.5-1个），玉竹9g，大枣6g（6枚）；采用全自动中药煎药机包装一体机煎药包装，每付药包装成2袋，交患者一日两次服用。疗程：根据患者意愿、及患者依从性决定，从0d-12个月不等。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）符合2010年ACR/EULAR关于类风湿关节炎的分类诊断标准； 2）年龄大于60周岁；有自主社会行为能力、自愿加入本研究，能够签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1) Meet the 2010 ACR/EULAR diagnostic criteria for the classification of rheumatoid arthritis; 2) age greater than 60 years; autonomous social behavior, voluntary enrollment in the study, and ability to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1）有严重合并症如间质性肺炎、肺动脉高压、风湿恶病质或并发有其他重大疾病，如：进展期癌症、糖尿病酮症酸中毒、高血糖高渗状态、高血压3级或高危组、心梗或中风发作期； 2）活动性感染，如：乙肝、结核、艾滋病等； 3）手术后不足3个月或放化疗期间； 4）合并其他疾病导致预期生存期小于1年的患者； 5）精神障碍、无法配合的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Serious comorbidities such as interstitial pneumonia, pulmonary hypertension, rheumatoid malignancy, or complications of other major diseases,for example: progressive cancer, diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperglycemic hyperosmolar state, hypertension grade 3 or high risk group, heart attack or stroke episode; 2) active infections, e.g., hepatitis B, tuberculosis, AIDS, etc; 3) less than 3 months after surgery or during radiotherapy; 4) patients with a combination of other diseases resulting in an expected survival of less than 1 year; 5) patients with mental disorders, unable to cooperate.
