本研究拟通过Benner理论构建心血管情景模拟案例库，并探讨其在心血管护士培训中的应用效果  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we intend to construct a case database of cardiovascular scenario simulation through Benner's theory, and explore its application effect in cardiovascular nurse training

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）2019年1月-2020年12月全职在岗；（2）取得护士资格证并在注册有效期内的护士；（3）在岗时间≥295天/年；（4）院内2019、2020年度考核结果均为合格及以上；排除标准：（1）进修护士、专科护士培训班学员；（2）研究期间离职、退休的护士；（3）研究期间产假、病假、事假等时间≧80天的护士。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Full-time on-the-job from January 2019 to December 2020; (2) Nurses who have obtained a nurse qualification certificate and are within the validity period of registration; (3) On-the-job time≥ 295 days/year; (4) The results of the 2019 and 2020 annual assessments in the hospital are all qualified and above; Exclusion criteria: (1) trainees of training courses for advanced nurses and specialist nurses; (2) nurses who leave or retire during the research period; (3) Nurses who ≧ 80 days of maternity leave, sick leave, personal leave, etc. during the study period

排除标准：

（1）见习、实习、进修护士；（2）研究期间离职、退休的护士。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Trainee, internship and advanced nurse; (2) Nurses who left or retired during the study period.

对照组进行常规层级培训。由科室总带教每月开展一次各层级的理论知识培训，小教员每月开展一次实践培训，每月开展一次护理查房、应急演练（主题与案例库对应）。

Routine cascade training was conducted in the control group. Theoretical knowledge training at all levels was conducted once a month by the chief instructor of the department, practical training was conducted once a month by the junior instructor, and nursing rounds and emergency drills were conducted once a month (topics corresponded to the case base).

由不参与本研究的研究人员将符合纳入标准的76学员采用SPSS 26.0统计学软件产生的随机数字表，并利用随机数字表把研究对象随机分为试验组和对照组各38例。

A table of random numbers generated by SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used by the researchers who were not involved in this study to randomly divide the 76 participants who met the inclusion criteria into a trial group and a control group of 38 participants each using the table of random numbers.
