研究目的：

选择适合我国人群的术前衰弱评估工具,比较各量表对术后短期不良结局的预测水平。  

Objectives of Study：

To select a suitable preoperative frailty assessment tool for Chinese population,and the prediction level of short-term adverse outcomes of all scales was compared.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 65-90岁 2: ASA分级为Ⅰ-IV级 3: 拟在全身麻醉下接受腹部大手术

Inclusion criteria

1: 65-90 years old 2: ASA Ⅰ-IV 3: To undergo major abdominal surgery under general anesthesia

排除标准：

1: 术前已确定存在严重认知功能障碍如痴呆、阿尔兹海默症的患者 2: 有严重听力、视力、语言表达能力障碍等原因导致无法正常交流 3: 拒绝参加本研究 4: 短时间内二次手术 5: 术中发生意外情况 6： Ⅳ期癌症患者

Exclusion criteria：

1: Patients who have been diagnosed with severe cognitive impairment such as dementia and Alzheimer's disease before surgery 2: Due to severe hearing, visual, and language expression impairments, unable to communicate normally 3: Declined to participate in the study 4: Second surgery in a short time 5: Intraoperative accident 6: Stage IV cancer patients
