研究目的：

1.了解在无创通气面罩佩戴时面部的力学分布规律；提取影响压强的个体面部特征指标，建立面部压强的预测模型。 2.通过建立压力性损伤队列，筛选影响面部压力性损伤的组织耐受性相关因素，探究面部压强、组织耐受性的与面部压力性损伤发生发展的纵向关联。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of the study is to: 1. Understand the mechanical distribution of the human face when wearing a noninvasive ventilation mask through finite element simulation.Extract the facial features of individuals that affect the pressure and establish a prediction model of the facial pressure. 2. Use a cohort study to screen the factors related to tissue tolerance that affect facial pressure injury and explore the longitudinal correlations between facial pressure, tissue tolerance and the occurrence and development of facial pressure injury.

纳入标准：

接受无创通气的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients receiving noninvasive ventilation

排除标准：

1.年龄＜18岁；2.存在面部皮肤病变，且直接影响压力性损伤诊断者；3.入院时已有面部损伤者；4.病情极危重不允许移除面罩评估皮肤者；5.接受无创通气治疗不足24小时者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are younger than 18 years old;2. have facial skin lesions that directly affect the diagnosis of pressure injury;3. already having the facial injury at admission;4. have an acute or serious illness so removal of the mask is forbidden;5.receiving noninvasive ventilation for less than 24 hours.
