Objectives of Study：

To delineate risk factors and develop a predictive nomogram for retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) in infants with gestational age (GA)≤34 weeks

纳入标准：

1.2018 年 01 月 01 日—2024 年 01 月 01 日入住我科 NICU； 2.胎龄≤34周； 3.家长同意进行眼底筛查； 4.临床资料完整；

Inclusion criteria

1.Admitted to the NICU of our department from January 1, 2018 to January 1, 2024 2.Premature infants with GA ≤34 weeks; 3.Informed consent of the parents for fundus screening; 4.Complete clinical information was available;

排除标准：

1.先天性眼病；
2.遗传性代谢疾病和严重先天性畸形；
3.住院期间死亡、停止治疗或临床资料不完整；
4.未能完成眼底检查；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Congenital eye diseases;
2.Complete clinical information was available;
3.Death during hospitalization, discontinuation of treatment, or incomplete clinical data;
4.Failure to complete the fundus examination;
