研究目的：

通过采用长效的局麻药布比卡因脂质体组（LB 组）的腹横肌平面阻滞（TAP）用于胃肠道手术围术期镇痛，减少阿片类药物的使用，促进患者术后胃肠道功能的早日恢复，缩短住院时间。  

Objectives of Study：

Transversus abdominis plane block of long-acting local anesthetic liposomal bupivacaine group (LB group) is used for perioperative analgesia of gastrointestinal surgery to reduce the use of opioids, promote the early recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function and shorten the length of stay.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）Ⅰ~Ⅱ级；2.体重指数（BMI）18~25 kg/m2 ； 3.意识清楚，能准确理解并使用各种评分量表的行结直肠手术的患者

Inclusion criteria

1.ASA Grade I-II; 2.BMI 18-25kg/m2; 3. Patients undergoing colorectal surgery who are conscious and able to accurately understand and use various rating scales

排除标准：

1.任何潜在的凝血疾病、感染或其他可能成为神经阻滞禁忌症的患 者；2.极度焦虑的患者；3.心血管或内分泌系统疾病史；4.眼内压较高的患者；5.长 期服用镇痛或抗精神病药物史；6.重要脏器合并症；7.对本品及辅料过敏的患者；8. 研究者认为不适宜参加的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Any underlying coagulation disorders, infections or other conditions that might be contraindicated for nerve block; 2. Patients with extreme anxiety; 3. History of cardiovascular or endocrine disorders; 4. Patients with high intraocular pressure; 5. History of long-term use of analgesics or antipsychotics; 6. Comorbidities of major organs; 7. Patients with hypersensitivity to the drug or its excipients; 8. Patients who are deemed inappropriate for participation by the investigators.
