研究目的：

收集本项目多中心医院初发、难治/复发髓系肿瘤（包括AML、MDS、JMML及MPAL）患儿的临床特征、遗传分子生物学、各种化疗药的敏感性、疗效及并发症等临床资料，识别影响预后的因素，为下一步改进方案提供数据参考。  

Objectives of Study：

We collect clinical characteristics, genetic molecular biology, sensitivity to various chemotherapy drugs, efficacy, and complications of children with primary, refractory/recurrent myeloid neoplasms (including AML, MDS, JMML, and MPAL) from multiple central hospitals in this project, identify factors that affect prognosis, and provide data reference for the next improvement plan.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≤18岁；
2.符合2022年WHO儿童髓系肿瘤（包括AML、MDS、JMML及MPAL）诊断标准；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients are ≤ 18 years old and meet the diagnostic criteria for pediatric myeloid tumors (including AML, MDS, JMML, and MPAL) by WHO in 2022;

1.不同意纳入本研究的患儿；

1.Children who did not agree to be included in this study;
