研究目的：

1.利用单细胞测序和空间转录组测序筛选 UTUC 诊疗靶点并研究相关调控机制； 2.关键基因或者免疫细胞因子对于影响 UTUC 发生的功能和免疫治疗靶点验证； 3.关键基因或者肿瘤微环境中细胞分泌细胞因子和免疫微环境参与调控 UTUC 发生的分子机制研究； 4.关键基因或 TME 细胞因子和免疫治疗靶点在 UTUC 诊断中的临床应用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Single cell sequencing and spatial transcriptome sequencing were used to screen UTUC diagnosis and treatment targets and study related regulatory mechanisms; 2. Function verification of key genes or immune cytokines affecting the occurrence of UTUC and immunotherapy targets; 3. Key genes or cytokines secreted by cells in the tumor microenvironment and immune microenvironment participate in the regulation Study on the molecular mechanism of UTUC; 4. Clinical application of key genes or TME cytokines and immunotherapy targets in UTUC diagnosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

试验组：病理诊断为上尿路上皮癌且未经过放化疗及任何生物治疗；肿瘤期别不限；年龄≥18 岁；已签署书面知情同意书；能够长期随访。对照组：未患上尿路上皮癌的健康体检者。

Inclusion criteria

Trial group: Upper urothelial carcinoma was pathologically diagnosed without chemotherapy or any biological therapy; The tumor stage is not limited; Age ≥18 years old; Signed written informed consent; Long-term follow-up is possible. Control group: Healthy subjects without urothelial carcinoma.

排除标准：

试验组：非原发于上尿路上皮的转移癌；多原发癌；并发肌肉浸润性膀胱癌及其他恶性肿瘤孕妇或哺乳期妇女。对照组：患有其他恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

Trial group: non-primary metastatic carcinoma of upper urothelium; Multiple primary cancers; Pregnant or lactating women with muscular invasive bladder cancer and other malignancies. Control group: had other malignancies.
