研究目的:

本项目拟通过治疗前后多模态正畸诊疗数据和人工智能辅助正畸治疗风险预测关键技术的研究,形成一套具有自主知识产权和较高临床应用价值的人工智能辅助口腔正畸治疗并发症风险评估系统,并进行相关临床验证。  

Objectives of Study:

This project intends to form an artificial intelligence-assisted orthodontic treatment complication risk assessment system with independent intellectual property rights and high clinical application value through the research of multimodal orthodontic treatment data before and after treatment and the key techniques of artificial intelligence-assisted orthodontic treatment risk prediction, and to conduct relevant clinical verification.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.正畸治疗开始时年龄介于6-35岁,性别不限;
2.正畸治疗前及治疗中颌面部无严重创伤治疗史;
3.既往无唇腭裂或唇腭裂治疗史;
4.已完成正畸治疗;
5.可见光照片及影像数据清晰、临床资料完整;
6.参与过以往本课题组研究“青少年固定矫治口腔微生物组成结构与正畸并发症关系的临床研究”及“新型 MPC/DMAHDM 改性正畸粘接剂对上颌前牙托槽周围生物膜群落影响及预防釉质脱矿效果的研究”(仅针对组学数据部分);

Inclusion criteria

1.Orthodontic treatment at the beginning of the ages of 6 to 35, gender not limited;
2.There was no history of severe trauma in the maxillofacial region before and during orthodontic treatment;
3.There was no previous history of cleft lip or palate treatment;
4.Orthodontic treatment was completed;
5.The visible light photographs and imaging data were clear and the clinical data were complete;
6.Participated in this research study past "teenagers fixed oral diseases of microbial components of clinical research of relationship between structure and orthodontic complications" and "new MPC/modification before orthodontic adhesive for maxillary denture palate DMAHDM slot biofilm communities around the influence and effect of preventing enamel demineralization of" (only for omics data section);

All data and information are stored in a dedicated drive, kept by the principal investigator. All the orthodontic clinical data and information without the subject's identifiable information (including the eye region of the occlusion face image) were transferred to the mobile hard disk to train the artificial intelligence model.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

由项目参与者通过首都医科大学附属北京口腔医院数据库采集数据。所有受试者资料及信息均保存在专用硬盘,由主要研究者保管。

Data were collected by project participants through the database of Beijing Stomatological Hospital, Capital Medical University. All subject data and information were stored on a dedicated hard drive in the custody of the principal investigator.
