研究目的：

本研究通过评估冲击波治疗前后肩袖损伤关节镜修复术后患者的临床症状变化，探讨冲击波对治疗肩袖损伤关节镜修复术后患者的作用机制和疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

This study evaluated the changes of clinical symptoms of patients with rotator cuff injury after arthroscopic repair before and after shock wave treatment, and explored the mechanism and curative effect of shock wave on patients with rotator cuff injury after arthroscopic repair.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、经诊断为肩袖损伤的患者，进行肩袖损伤关节镜修复术，术后肩关节功能活动受限 2、年龄介于18~65岁.

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with rotator cuff injury were treated with arthroscopic repair of rotator cuff injury, and their shoulder function was limited after operation. 2.The age is between 18 and 65 years old.

排除标准：

1、存在认知障碍不能配合治疗者； 2、治疗区有皮肤疾病或破损不能进行冲击波治疗； 3、装有心脏起搏器患者、肿瘤患者、血栓形成患者、凝血障碍的患者等

Exclusion criteria：

1.There is cognitive impairment can not cooperate with the treatment; 2.The treatment area has skin diseases or damage can not be treated by shock wave; 3. Patients with pacemakers, tumor patients, patients with thrombosis, patients with coagulation disorders, etc.
