研究目的：

探讨郑氏体位在预防气管切开伴吞咽功能障碍患者涎液吸入性肺炎中的意义  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the significance of Zheng's position in the prevention of aspiration pneumonia in patients with tracheotomy and swallowing dysfunction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18~90岁；②气管切开状态；③色素饮水试验阳性；④合并肺部感染。

Inclusion criteria

① Age 18-90 years old② tracheotomy status;③ The pigment drinking water test was positive;④ Pulmonary infection.

排除标准：

①不能采用侧卧位或仰卧位的患者；②因心功能不全等并发症不能耐受侧卧或仰卧位的患者；③不愿意参加的患者

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients who could not be in the lateral or supine position;② Patients who cannot tolerate lateral or supine positions due to complications such as cardiac insufficiency;③ Patients who do not want to participate.
