研究目的：

通过胰腺癌患者的术前影像计算胰腺脂肪分数，将其与临床资料综合并构建预测胰腺癌患者预后的模型，评估术前胰腺脂肪分数对胰腺癌预后的意义，从而为临床决策提供依据  

Objectives of Study：

A prognosis model is established by integrating the pancreatic fat fraction, getting from preoperative image data of patients with pancreatic caner, with clinical data, using which to evaluate the significance of preoperative pancreatic fat fraction on the prognosis of pancreatic cancer and provide basis for clinical decision-making.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2016年3月1日至2023年6月30日在中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院住院的经病理诊断为胰腺癌并行胰腺癌根治手术治疗的患者；
1.年龄≥18周岁；
2.术前完善腹部MR并可完整显现胰腺每一平面；术前MR需包括mDixon序列或Dixon序列（内含水图和脂图）；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who were hospitalized in Sun Yat sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat sen University from March 1, 2016 to June 30, 2023, pathologically diagnosed as pancreatic cancer and underwent radical surgery for pancreatic cancer; 2.Age ≥ 18 years old; 3.Complete abdominal MRI before surgery and fully display every plane of the pancreas; Preoperative MR should include mDixon sequence or Dixon sequence (including water and fat maps)

排除标准：

1.术前已发生远处转移的患者及术后三个月内转移的患者；
2.诊断至随访结束期间存在其他威胁生命的疾病、事故；
3.失访时随访时间小于1年；
4.术前接受新辅助化疗；

Exclusion criteria：

1.patients with metastasis before surgery or in 3 months after surgery; 2.During the period from diagnosis to the end of follow-up, there are other life-threatening diseases or accidents present; 3.patients' following time less than a year; 4.patients receiving preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy;
