研究目的：

1. 主要目的： 明确迷走神经功能在伴或不伴抑郁的 IBD 患者中的改变 2. 次要目的： 通过人体标本、体外实验明确伴抑郁的 IBD 患者乙酰胆碱相关通路的活化情况，迷走神经对单核/巨噬细胞的调节作用及机制  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: to clarify the changes of vagus nerve function in IBD patients with or without depression 2. Secondary objective: to clarify the activation of acetylcholine related pathways in IBD patients with depression, and the regulatory effect and mechanism of vagus nerve on monocytes / macrophages through human specimens and in vitro experiments

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)符合 2018 年全国炎症性肠病诊断与治疗的共识意见中溃疡性结肠炎和克罗恩病诊断标准的门诊和住院患者； 2）年满 18 岁，有独立行为能力； 3)有足够汉语水平回答问卷并愿意参与试验；4)能理解并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease in the 2018 national consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease; 2) At least 18 years old, with independent behavior ability; 3)Have enough Chinese proficiency to answer the questionnaire and are willing to participate in the trial; 4)Be able to understand and sign the informed consent;

排除标准：

1）合并其他慢性或严重精神疾病，如广泛性焦虑障碍、精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、器质性精神障碍、智力障碍、痴呆等； 2） 2 周前服用过抗抑郁药或其他精神疾病类药物； 3）正在接受任何形式的心理干预； 4）有酒精或物质依赖的患者被排除在外;5）合并其他与抑郁/焦虑具有高度相关性的疾病，如心血管疾病、癌症、多发性硬化病、甲状腺功能异常； 6）妊娠，哺乳，或备孕； 7）有自杀倾向；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Combined with other chronic or serious mental diseases, such as generalized anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, organic mental disorder, intellectual disorder, dementia, etc; 2) Took antidepressants or other psychiatric drugs 2 weeks before the trial; 3) Receiving any form of psychological intervention; 4) Patients with alcohol or substance dependence were excluded; 5) Combined with other diseases highly related to depression / anxiety, such as cardiovascular disease, cancer, multiple sclerosis, thyroid dysfunction; 6) Pregnancy, lactation, or pregnancy preparation; 7) Suicidal tendency;
