研究目的：

了解老年共病患者认知衰弱的现状并分析其相关影响因素，建立中国老年共病患者认知衰弱风险预测模型并绘制列线图，为医护人员预防老年共病患者发生衰弱提供筛查工具。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the current situation of cognitive weakness in elderly comorbid patients and analyze the relevant influencing factors, to establish the risk prediction model of cognitive frailty of Chinese elderly comorbid patients and draw nomograms, to provide screening tools for medical staff to prevent frailty in elderly patients with comorbidities.

纳入标准：

①患者符合WHO2008年慢性病共病的诊断标准；②年龄≥65岁；③意识清楚，能正常沟通；④知情同意且自愿参与本研究

Inclusion criteria

① Patients met the diagnostic criteria for chronic comorbidity in WHO2008 years; ② age 65 years; ③ was aware and communicative; ④ gave informed consent and voluntary participation in the study

排除标准：

①有严重躯体功能障碍或精神疾病史；②有恶性肿瘤等合并其他严重疾病的患者；③病历资料不完整

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with a history of severe physical dysfunction or mental illness; ② with malignancy and other serious diseases; ③ medical records are incomplete
