研究目的：

本研究拟通过测量CO中毒患者的视神经鞘直径及横截面积，探讨其对患者病情严重程度及预后的评估效能。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to measure the diameter and cross-sectional area of optic nerve sheath in patients with CO poisoning to evaluate the severity and prognosis of the patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

⑴ 2021.01-2024.06在海军陆战队医院就诊的CO中毒患者。 ⑵ 海军陆战队医院系患者首诊医院。

Inclusion criteria

(1) 2021.01-2024.06 CO poisoning patients treated at the Marine Corps Hospital. (2) The Marine Corps Hospital is the first hospital for patients.

排除标准：

⑴ 合并肿瘤。 ⑵ 妊娠期妇女。 ⑶ 合并严重的慢性终末期疾病如严重心衰、COPD或尿毒症透析。 ⑷ 既往有CO中毒病史或高压氧治疗史。 ⑸ 既往有颅脑创伤、脑出血、脑梗死及颅内手术史。 ⑹ 未行头颅CT检查。 ⑺ 信息不全或研究者认为不适合纳入分析其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with tumor. (2) Pregnant women. (3) With severe chronic end-stage diseases such as severe heart failure, COPD or uremia. ⑷ History of CO poisoning or hyperbaric oxygen therapy. (5) Previous history of craniocerebral trauma, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and intracranial surgery. (6) CT examination of head was not performed. (7) Insufficient information or other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion.
