研究目的：

（1）建立PE孕早期血浆的eccDNA表达谱数据库。 （2）从PE血浆中筛选出 1-3个潜在的eccDNA标志物，并临床验证其特异性、灵敏性和可行性，远期目标是建立一种新的准确无创的PE孕早期预测方法。 （3）分析目标eccDNA标志物在血浆中的表达情况，明确其与PE的关系，研究揭示其在PE疾病发生发展中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

（1）To establish a database of eccDNA expression profiles in PE early pregnancy plasma. (2) Screen 1-3 potential eccDNA markers from PE plasma. (3) Analyze the expression of target eccDNA markers in plasma, clarify their relationship with PE, and study to reveal their role in the development of PE disease.

纳入标准：

1）孕 11-13+6 周孕妇；
2）计划于本机构规律产检的孕妇；

Inclusion criteria

1.Pregnant women at 11-13+6 weeks of pregnancy;
2.Pregnant women who plan to have regular maternity checkups at this institution;

排除标准：

1.既往高血压、糖尿病诊断明确者；
2.双胎或多胎妊娠孕妇；
3.有严重的急性或慢性疾病：如严重的肝功能异常、肾功能异常、甲状腺功能异常、心脑血管疾病、肺炎、肺结核等呼吸系统疾病、系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎等自身免疫性疾病、血液系统或肿瘤相关疾病等；
4.受试者本人或家属无法理解配合该研究者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those with a previous diagnosis of hypertension and diabetes mellitus;
2.Pregnant women with twin or multiple pregnancies;
3.Have serious acute or chronic diseases: e.g. serious liver function abnormality, kidney function abnormality, thyroid function abnormality, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, etc., autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, hematological system or tumor-related diseases, etc.
4.Subjects or family members who are unable to understand and cooperate with the researcher.
