Objectives of Study：

A study on the effect of phrenic Weimai acupuncture on diaphragmatic dysfunction after stroke using ultrasonography evaluation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.①符合《中国各类主要脑血管病诊断要点2019》中缺血性卒中或自发性脑出血的诊断标准，并经头颅CT或MRI确诊； ②脑卒中首次发病； ③年龄＜80岁； ④经超声检查证实存在膈肌功能障碍； ⑤生命体征平稳，意识清醒，依从性良好； ⑥患者同意参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.① Meet the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke or spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage in the Diagnostic Essentials of Various Types of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019, and confirm the diagnosis by head CT or MRI; 2.② First onset of stroke; ③ 40

排除标准：

1.①存在严重言语、注意力、听觉、视觉、智力、精神或认知障碍； ②合并肺部肿瘤、肺栓塞、慢性阻塞性肺疾病； ③有心脏病史或精神病史； ④合并其他可能导致神经肌肉功能异常的疾病者； ⑤既往胸部和腹部手术史； ⑥酒精或药物成瘾； ⑦拒绝针灸治疗，拒绝参与研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.① presence of severe speech, attention, hearing, visual, intellectual, mental or cognitive impairment;
2.② combined with pulmonary tumor, pulmonary embolism, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;
3.③ history of heart disease or mental illness;
4.④ combined with other diseases that may cause neuromuscular dysfunction;
5.⑤ history of thoracic and abdominal surgery;
6.⑥ alcohol or drug addiction;
7.⑦ refusal of acupuncture treatment and participation in the study.
