研究目的：

（1）构建老年女性尿失禁进展预警模型； （2）社区老年女性尿失禁疾病发病率； （3）老年女性尿失禁疾病进展率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish an early warning model of urinary incontinence progression in the elderly women; 2. Incidence of urinary incontinence in the elderly women in the community; 3. Rate of progression of urinary incontinence in the olderly women.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄60岁以上女性 ②有一定文化水平，可以完成问卷调查 ③行动自如，可参加医院检查 ④既往诊断为轻、中度尿失禁者，包括急迫性尿失禁、压力性尿失禁、混合性尿失禁等尿失禁症状、病史者 ⑤有偶然咳嗽、用力、打喷嚏、快走等加腹压时漏尿症状者 ⑥有尿频、尿急迫伴漏尿、夜尿症状者

Inclusion criteria

①Women over 60 years old ②Have certain cultural level, can complete the questionnaire ③Can move freely, can participate in the hospital examination ④Previous diagnosis of mild or moderate urinary incontinence included symptoms and history of urinary incontinence such as urgency urinary incontinence, stress urinary incontinence, and mixed urinary incontinence⑤Have occasional cough, force, sneeze, walk quickly to wait to add abdominal pressure leakage urine symptom ⑥Frequent urination, urination urgency with urine leakage, nocturia symptoms.

排除标准：

①尿失禁合并盆底器官脱垂 III 期及以上 ②合并有严重的心脑血管疾病等危及生命的疾病者 ③合并恶性肿瘤危及生命者 ④泌尿生殖道瘘 ⑤既往有抗尿失禁手术及药物治疗史 ⑥无自理能力，不能完成问卷调查及后续医院检查 ⑦重度尿失禁者及慢性尿潴留

Exclusion criteria：

①Urinary incontinence with pelvic floor organ prolapse stage III or above ②Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other life-threatening diseases ③The combination of malignant tumors is life-threatening ④Urogenital fistula ⑤ Has a history of antiurinary incontinence surgery and medication ⑥No self-care ability, unable to complete the questionnaire survey and follow-up hospital examination ⑦Severe urinary incontinence and chronic urinary retention.
