研究目的：

本文从医生层面聚焦经济激励与高血压长期健康管理，针对乡村医生在高血压健康管理中存在的激励不足的问题，运用聚类随机田野实验的方法，研究经济激励对于乡村医生的高血压长期管理行为及高血压患者血压控制的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

We try to explore the impact of physician-level financial incentives on the hypertensive health care in rural area.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

我们将选取在乡村卫生院工作的全职医生作为被试，同时其管理的高血压患者参与者须满足以下纳入标准：a) 年龄为45-75岁； b) 具有医生确诊的高血压疾病； c) 在本地已生活了一年以上。

Inclusion criteria

Primary care physicians who work full-time in rural health centers and clinics are eligible to participate. The hypertensive patients should meet specific inclusion criteria. a) Age from 45 to 75; b) The patients with physician-diagnosed essential hypertension; c) Local residents who have been living in the city for over one year.

排除标准：

a)有医生诊断的中风、心肌梗死、心力衰竭、恶性肿瘤、常规肾透析或终末期肾病；b)有由医生诊断的继发性高血压病史；c)怀孕、哺乳或计划在六个月内怀孕的妇女；d)有意在六个月内离开。

Exclusion criteria：

a) Have a physician-diagnosed stroke, myocardial infarction, heart failure, malignancy, regular kidney dialysis, or end-stage renal disease; b) Have a history of secondary hypertension diagnosed by a physician; c) Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant within six months; d) Have the intention to leave your residence within six months.

按照分层随机的方法，由研究员将300名医生根据其就职医院和村卫生室的级别和规模进行分层，再在各中心内根据1:1:1的比例将医生随机分组。

Clustered RCT: Following a clustered random sampling method, researchers stratified 300 doctors based on the level and size of their affiliated hospitals and village clinics. Then, within each center, doctors were randomly assigned to groups in a 1:1:1 ratio.
