研究目的：

验证无水乙醇介入治疗，相较于开窗减压术对于牙源性颌骨囊肿的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Validate and compare the efficacy and safety of alcohol-based therapy with decompression for odontogenic jaw cysts.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 经全景片、增强CT诊断为牙源性颌骨囊肿，囊肿的最大直径≥3.5cm； 2. 平扫MRI上T1W1表现为低信号，T2WI上表现为均质高信号。注射增强剂后，增强的T1WI上未见囊腔部分强化，可以确定囊腔内全部为囊液； 3. 颌骨囊肿未经其他治疗的患者； 4. 全身系统检查及实验室检查未见明显系统性疾病及手术禁忌症者；

Inclusion criteria

1. The diagnosis of odontogenic jaw cyst was made on panoramic film and enhanced CT, and the maximum diameter of the cyst was ≥3.5 cm; 2. MRI lows signal on T1W1 and homogeneous high signal on T2WI. After injection of an enhancer, no partial enhancement of the cystic cavity is seen on T1WI, thus it can be determined all of the cystic cavity is filled with cystic fluid; 3. patients with jaw cysts was not treated before; 4. patients whose systemic systemic examination and laboratory tests did not show obvious systemic diseases and contraindications to surgery;

排除标准：

1. MRI的T2WI显示囊腔内为不均质的高信号及增强扫描T1WI有强化的实性成分 2. 酒精过敏者； 3. 病理诊断为恶性肿瘤者； 4. 怀孕或处于哺乳期者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. T2WI MRI shows heterogeneous high signal in the cystic cavity and enhanced solid component in T1WI. 2. patients who were alcohol allergic ; 3. those with pathological diagnosis of malignant tumour; 4. those who are pregnant or breastfeeding;
