验证持续监测气囊压力在预防呼吸机相关性肺炎方面的作用  

Objectives of Study：

To validate the role of continuous control cuff pressure in preventing Ventilator-associated pneumonia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄≥18岁
2）建立人工气道，需要进行机械通气的危重患者
3）预计机械通气时间≥48h
4）取得患者知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1) Age ≥18 years old 2) Critically ill patients requiring mechanical ventilation 3) Expected mechanical ventilation time ≥48h 4) Obtain informed consent from patients

排除标准：

1)气管切开患者 2)经鼻气管插管患者 3)半卧位禁忌患者 4)俯卧位通气患者 5)拔管失败，二次插管患者 6)入科前已经进行机械通气者大于48h

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with tracheotomy 2) Patients with nasal tracheal intubation 3) Patients with contraindicated semi-decubitus position 4) Prone ventilation patients 5) Patients with secondary intubation 6) Patients who had been mechanically ventilated for more than 48 hours before department admission
