探讨基于健康行为改变整合理论的乳腺癌患者性健康教育方案对患者的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the intervention effect of sexual health education program for breast cancer patients based on the integrated theory of health behavior change.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 经病理诊断为乳腺癌，TNM分期Ⅰ-Ⅲ期的女性患者； 2) 仅尚未完成内分泌治疗或已完成手术、化疗、放疗及靶向治疗的乳腺癌患者。 3) 年龄≥18 岁; 4) 有固定性伴侣; 5) 神志清醒、认知沟通正常; 6) 知情同意且自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

1) Female patients with pathological diagnosis of breast cancer, TNM stage I - III; 2) Only breast cancer patients who have not completed endocrine therapy or have completed surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and targeted therapy. 3) Age ≥18 years old; 4) Have a permanent sexual partner; 5) clear mind and normal cognitive communication; 6) Informed consent and voluntary participation.

排除标准：

1) Ⅳ期、病灶复发或转移者； 2) 同时患有其他恶性肿瘤者; 3) 伴有生殖系统疾病者; 4) 既往或同时参加性健康教育相关研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Stage IV, disease recurrence or metastasis; 2) Patients with other malignant tumors; 3) Patients with diseases of reproductive system; 4) Participate in sexual health education related researches in the past or at the same time.
