研究目的：

1. 结合不同阶段乳腺癌患者对于性健康教育的需求制定针对性的性健康教育内容。 2. 基于健康促进模式检验阶段性性健康教育对改善乳腺癌患者性生活质量及心理健康的可行性及效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. According to the needs of breast cancer patients at different stages of sexual health education, the targeted sexual health education content is formulated. 2. To test the feasibility and effect of periodic sexual health education on improving the sexual life quality and mental health of breast cancer patients based on health promotion model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）自愿签署知情同意书； （2）性别为女性； （3）病理确诊为乳腺癌的女性患者； （4）文化程度≥小学； （5）已婚； （6）入院计划行乳腺癌改良根治术; （7）患者及配偶均表示接受夫妻性健康相关的宣教意愿。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Voluntary signing of informed consent; (2) The gender is female; (3) Female patients with pathological diagnosis of breast cancer; (4) Education level ≥ primary school; (5) Married; (6) Admission plan for modified radical mastectomy; (7) Both patient and spouse expressed willingness to accept education related to marital sexual health.

排除标准：

（1）有乳腺癌肝、脑等远处转移； （2）有精神病史或正在服用抗精神病药物； （3）乳腺癌复发； （4）离异或丧偶； （5）自身或配偶存在性功能障碍； （6）年龄≥60岁； （7）患者或配偶存在不适于性生活的妇科类疾病、性病等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Breast cancer liver, brain and other distant metastases; (2) Have a history of mental illness or are taking antipsychotic drugs; (3) Breast cancer recurrence; (4) Divorced or widowed; (5) Sexual dysfunction of oneself or spouse; (6) Age ≥60 years old; (7) The patient or spouse has gynecological diseases and venereal diseases that are not suitable for sexual life.
