研究目的：

旨在结合标志物表达水平、病理组学特征和传统临床病理特征，开发基于机器学习的预后预测模型，以期预测前列腺癌患者复发和进展风险。 四、 研究方法和设计  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to develop a machine learning-based prognostic prediction model based on biomarker expression levels, pathomics features and traditional clinicopathological features, in order to predict the risk of recurrence and progression in prostate cancer patients.

纳入标准：

在中心有就诊记录和标本留存的确诊前列腺癌患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with prostate cancer who have medical records and specimens retained in the center

排除标准：

a.非根治术标本，b.缺失3张连续切片标本,c. 缺失随访信息,d.同期合并其他恶性肿瘤或接受有关治疗可能影响本研究结局的各种因素。

Exclusion criteria：

a. Non-radical specimens, b. Missing 3 serial section specimens, c. Missing follow-up information, d. Contemporaneous combination with other malignancies or various factors that may affect the outcome of this study.
