Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of general anesthesia on behavioral changes after dental fillings in autistic children and normal children.

纳入标准：

1.接受日间牙齿修复术的儿童 2.麻醉方式为全身麻醉 3.ASA分级 I-Ⅱ级 4.预计手术时间＞2h, 年龄3-15岁 5. ASD儿童或正常精神智力发育儿童

Inclusion criteria

1 Children undergoing daytime dental prosthesis 2 General anesthesia 3 ASA Grade I-II 4 Expected operation time 2 hours age 3-15 years old 5 Individuals with autism spectrum disorders or normal developmental children

排除标准：

1. 其他精神疾病或发育障碍； 2.患儿完全无法合作。

Exclusion criteria：

1 the presence of other physical developmental disabilities 2 inability to cooperate

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

试验结束后，纸质病例记录表存放在麻醉科资料室，由专人管理。电子数据保存于麻醉科专用电脑，由专人处理

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data are collected by researcher of this program and special researcher assistant. After the study, Printing CRFs will be locked in reference room of anesthesiology department and managed by researchers.Electronic data will be saved in the data bank of anesthesiology department and only can be contacted by special researcher.
