研究目的：

本研究拟通过收集克罗恩病的临床、病理及光谱CT小肠影像学资料，整合、优化小肠CT造影所提供的形态学和多参数定量信息，建立克罗恩病小肠纤维化的定量影像学系统评估模型，对克罗恩病患者进行小肠纤维化风险、小肠纤维化程度进行定量评估。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to collect clinical, pathological, and spectral CT small bowel imaging data of Crohn's disease, integrate and optimize the morphological and multi-parametric quantitative information provided by small bowel CT imaging, and establish a quantitative imaging system assessment model for small bowel fibrosis in Crohn's disease to quantitatively assess the risk of small bowel fibrosis and the degree of small bowel fibrosis in patients with Crohn's disease.

纳入标准：

1.根据临床、影像、内镜及病理综合诊断明确为CD的患者，诊断标准使用炎症性肠病诊断与治疗的共识意见(2018年·北京)；2患者于4周内完成小肠CT、小肠MRI、肠镜等检查。

Inclusion criteria

1. patients who were clearly diagnosed as CD based on a combination of clinical, imaging, endoscopic and pathologic diagnosis, with diagnostic criteria using the consensus opinion on the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (2018-Beijing); 2 patients completed small bowel CT, small bowel MRI, and enteroscopy within 4 weeks.

排除标准：

1.图像质量差； 2.CD仅累及上消化道； 3.未能在4周内完成所有检查的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1. poor image quality; 2. CD involving only the upper GI tract; 3. cases in which all examinations could not be completed within 4 weeks.

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

克罗恩病诊断标准：依据炎症性肠病诊断与治疗的共识意见(2018年，北京)，通过临床表现、实验室和影像学检查(如结肠镜检查和病理活检)进行诊断。 活动性炎症评估标准依据病理学炎症评分标准：上皮内无中性粒细胞浸润，HAI=0分；轻度：样本隐窝或横截面的中性粒细胞浸润<50%，无溃疡或糜烂，HAI=1分；中度：横截面无溃疡或糜烂，样本隐窝或横截面的中性粒细胞浸润≥ 50%，HAI=2分；重度：存在溃疡或糜烂，HAI=3分。 病理学纤维化评分标准：无纤维化，0分；粘膜下层或浆膜下轻微纤维化，1分；粘膜下纤维化增加，隔膜进入固有肌层和/或隔膜穿过固有肌层，粘膜下胶原蛋白增加，2分；明显的跨膜瘢痕及膜下胶原蛋白，3分。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Diagnostic criteria for Crohn's disease: based on Chinese consensus on diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease(Beijing, 2018), diagnosis is made by clinical presentation, laboratory and imaging tests (e.g. colonoscopy and pathological biopsy). 指标试验（即本研究的待评估诊断试验，无论为方法、生物标志物或设备，均请列出名称）：

光谱CT多参数指标：病变处CT值、碘密度平均值、中值和标准偏差，有效原子序数值、ECV值、AEF值，平均标准化CT值、和平均标准化碘密度值； 光谱CT形态学指标：骨骼肌指数、腹腔脂肪指数、腹腔/皮下脂肪比、腰大肌指数。

Spectral CT multiparametric indicators: CT values at the lesion, mean, median and standard deviation of iodine density, effective atomic number values, ECV values, AEF values, mean normalised CT values, and mean normalised iodine density values.
