主要研究目的：调查玉树地区幽门螺杆菌的发病率和危险因素 次要研究目的：评估主要流行的幽门螺杆菌类型、与胃镜结果的相关性和上消化道疾病内镜治疗情况  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To investigate the incidence and risk factors of Helicobacter pylori in Yushu area Secondary objectives: To evaluate the predominant prevalent H. pylori types, correlation with gastroscopy results, and endoscopic treatment of upper gastrointestinal disease

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）自2024年6月20日至2034年6月19日就诊于玉树藏族自治州人民医院并完善13C尿素呼气试验或完成胃镜检查的患者； 2）开展流行病学调查时采用13C尿素呼气试验、血清抗H.p抗体、粪便H.p抗原的患者。 3）签署知情同意书并愿意接受随访。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients who have been admitted to Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital from June 20, 2024 to June 19, 2034 and have completed the 13C urea breath test or completed the gastroscopy; 2) Patients with 13C urea breath test, serum anti-H.p antibody, and fecal H.p antigen during epidemiological investigation. 3) Signed informed consent and willing to undergo follow-up.

排除标准：

1）拒绝签署知情同意书； 2）失访。

Exclusion criteria：

1) refusal to sign informed consent; 2) Loss to follow-up.
