研究目的：

本研究拟开展前瞻性队列研究，纳入经临床评估需行心脏外科手术的患者，在常规手术过程中采集心包液及心包组织，开展心包液参与心血管疾病的致病机制的系列研究，以期为心血管疾病诊治发掘新型致病机制、探索新型治疗手段提供潜在靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

This study proposes to conduct a prospective cohort study, involving patients requiring cardiac surgery based on clinical assessments. During routine surgical procedures, pericardial fluid and pericardial tissue will be collected to carry out a series of investigations into the pathogenic mechanisms of pericardial fluid in cardiovascular diseases. The aim is to uncover novel pathogenic mechanisms for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases and explore potential targets for innovative therapeutic approaches.

纳入标准：

1.参照相应诊断标准及诊疗指南，经临床评估确诊各类型心血管疾病，包括冠心病、心脏瓣膜病、心力衰竭、先天性心脏病、心脏肿瘤、心肌病、高血压、主动脉疾病、心包疾病等；
2.参照相应诊断标准及诊疗指南，经临床评估，需行心脏外科手术；

Inclusion criteria

1.In accordance with the relevant diagnostic criteria and clinical practice guidelines, a confirmed diagnosis of various types of cardiovascular diseases, including coronary artery disease, heart valve disease, heart failure, congenital heart disease, cardiac tumors, myocardial disease, hypertension, aortic diseases, pericardial diseases, etc., is established through clinical assessments.
2.According to the corresponding diagnostic criteria and clinical practice guidelines, following clinical assessments, cardiac surgery is indicated.

排除标准：

1.采集到的心包液量较少，无法满足多组学检测最低限度；
2.患者及法定代理人拒绝参与研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The collected amount of pericardial fluid is insufficient to meet the minimum requirements for multi-omics testing.
2.The patient and legal representative have declined to participate in the study.

为了保证数据采集质量的准确性和真实性，研究团队统一进行数据质控培训，建立数据库。本研究对所有个人信息进行匿名化处理。数据导出过程遵循保密原则，导出的数据库由本研究的研究者在不连接外网的电脑单独存储，确保数据库不对外泄漏。数据将采取双人录入，对录入结果进行识别缺失值、异常值以及逻辑错误等问题，有效避免数据录入过程中的错误，通过软件数据比对功能合并数据库。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

In order to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of data acquisition quality, the research team conducts data quality control training in a unified manner. The informationized medical record data of medical record management system was extracted, the collected follow-up data were sorted out and the database was established. In this study, all personal information was anonymized. The process of data export follows the principle of confidentiality. The exported database is stored separately by the researchers in a computer not connected to the Internet, so as to ensure that the database is not leaked to the public. Data will be input by two people, and missing values, outliers and logic errors will be identified in the input results to effectively avoid errors in the data entry process, and the database will be merged through the software data comparison function.
